We offer group coaching, digital downloads
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and maintain respectful engagement during coaching sessions.
3. Parental Consent
All purchases and sign-ups for minors must be made by a parent or guardian. PowerUp Kids Club is intended for children with adult supervision.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital coaching and downloadable products, we do not offer refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, graphics, text, and lessons, is owned by Annie Key, LLC and may not be copied, shared, or sold without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site or participation in programs. Results are not guaranteed.
